The Nifty50 and Sensex recovered some of their losses, aided by gains in IT, metal, and chemical stocks.
At 9:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 76586.06 up by 97.1 points or by 0.13 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24020.6 down by -11.1 points or by -0.05 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 76602.71 and intraday low of 76224.14 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24026.45 and intraday low of 23965.7
