The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.41 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.66 per cent at Rs 20.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.10 per cent to Rs 20.03 crore from Rs 22.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 45.83 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.24 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 75.38 per cent to Rs 0.32 crore as against Rs 1.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 71.09 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.13 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
