This is with reference to our prior intimations it was informed to you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 29th August, 2025 based on the recommendations of the Audit committee and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting ( AGM) has approved the appointment of M/s MARC & Co. Chartered Accountatns, (Firm Regisration No. 139571W) having ( Peer Review Certificate No. 017388) in place of retiring Statutory Auditor M/s ASAT & Associates, Chartred Accountatns, Mumbai as the statutory Auditors of the Company under section 139 of the Comapnies Act, 2013 at their meeting held on 30th September, 2025 has approved the appintment of M/s MARC & Co. Chartered Accountatns (Firm Regisration No. 139571W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of 5 (Five) consecutive years form the conclusion of this 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the concluion of the 38th Annual General Meeting.
