We hereby inform you that the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., October 07, 2025, has, inter alia, taken on record the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, dated September 24, 2025, sanctioning the composite scheme of arrangement amongst the Company, Paradeep Phosphates Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme').
