The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.43 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.38 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.15 per cent at Rs 5.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.74 per cent to Rs 1.27 crore from Rs 1.01 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 48.64 per cent to Rs 4.37 crore as against Rs 2.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.92 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 95.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.99 crore, while Taxation decreased by 141.67 per cent at Rs -0.15 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
