The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.71 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.41 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.94 per cent at Rs 124.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.15 per cent to Rs 116.02 crore from Rs 96.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 58.62 per cent at Rs 1.38 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.87 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.79 per cent to Rs 8.94 crore as against Rs 9.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.30 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 42.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.68 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.76 crore).
