The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.80 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.08 per cent at Rs 150.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 140.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.45 per cent to Rs 123.17 crore from Rs 116.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.96 per cent at Rs 3.58 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.26 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 14.99 per cent to Rs 27.54 crore as against Rs 23.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.40 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.45 per cent at Rs 7.30 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.67 crore).
