The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.41 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 47.02 per cent at Rs 18.13 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 49.31 per cent to Rs 15.13 crore from Rs 29.85 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 150.22 per cent at Rs 5.68 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.27 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 31.35 per cent to Rs 3.00 crore as against Rs 4.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.60 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 36.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 88.46 per cent at Rs 1.96 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.04 crore).
