The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 116.12 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.69 per cent at Rs 175.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 170.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.61 per cent to Rs 156.77 crore from Rs 155.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 85.50 per cent at Rs 3.71 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.81 per cent to Rs 18.31 crore as against Rs 14.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.63 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 47.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 161.76 per cent at Rs 3.56 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.36 crore).
