The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.69 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.45 per cent at Rs 58.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.87 per cent to Rs 52.84 crore from Rs 65.13 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 225.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 44.55 per cent to Rs 5.85 crore as against Rs 10.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.43 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 57.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.94 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.49 crore).
