The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.93 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 47.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.35 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.60 per cent at Rs 417.29 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 377.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.36 per cent to Rs 343.31 crore from Rs 292.52 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 6.78 per cent at Rs 3.15 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.95 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 12.73 per cent to Rs 73.98 crore as against Rs 84.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.09 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 97.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.96 per cent at Rs 10.77 crore (Sep'24 Rs 15.60 crore).
