The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.69 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.92 per cent at Rs 12.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.30 per cent to Rs 11.14 crore from Rs 8.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 5800.00 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 7.63 per cent to Rs 1.21 crore as against Rs 1.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.36 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation increased by 177.78 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
