The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 106.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 99.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.01 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.88 per cent at Rs 150.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 121.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 697.15 per cent to Rs 27.98 crore from Rs 3.51 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 12.70 per cent at Rs 2.13 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.89 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 3.81 per cent to Rs 122.19 crore as against Rs 117.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.20 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 29.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.24 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.45 per cent at Rs 16.77 crore (Sep'24 Rs 18.52 crore).
