The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.06 per cent at Rs 246.85 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 232.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.02 per cent to Rs 227.57 crore from Rs 196.15 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 79.45 per cent at Rs 7.77 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.33 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 47.31 per cent to Rs 19.28 crore as against Rs 36.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 50.32 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 11.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 44.31 per cent at Rs 4.70 crore (Sep'24 Rs 8.44 crore).
