The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.27 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 35.30 per cent at Rs 41.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.05 per cent to Rs 39.36 crore from Rs 58.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 8.48 per cent at Rs 4.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.60 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 58.66 per cent to Rs 2.34 crore as against Rs 5.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.10 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 67.76 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.14 crore).
