The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.40 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.42 per cent at Rs 3.39 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.94 per cent to Rs 1.22 crore from Rs 1.27 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 57.21 per cent at Rs 0.86 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 20.56 per cent to Rs 2.17 crore as against Rs 1.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.38 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.93 per cent at Rs 0.67 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.97 crore).
