The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 72.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.21 per cent at Rs 13.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.80 per cent to Rs 12.28 crore from Rs 10.00 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 2050.00 per cent to Rs 1.17 crore as against Rs -0.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1624.56 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 4.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.91 crore
