The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 592.31 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.51 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 119.57 per cent to Rs -0.09 crore from Rs 0.46 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 151.92 per cent to Rs 1.31 crore as against Rs 0.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 100.28 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 57.89 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
