The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.78 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 97.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.54 per cent at Rs 21.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.07 per cent to Rs 17.47 crore from Rs 18.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 30.40 per cent to Rs 4.29 crore as against Rs 3.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.53 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 8.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.00 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.20 crore).
