The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.78 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.71 per cent at Rs 149.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.60 per cent to Rs 146.20 crore from Rs 101.81 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 48.40 per cent to Rs 3.25 crore as against Rs 2.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.33 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
