The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.25 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.95 per cent at Rs 84.16 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.62 per cent to Rs 81.52 crore from Rs 101.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 3850.00 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.03 per cent to Rs 2.64 crore as against Rs 3.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.30 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 16.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 206.67 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
