The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.41 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.67 per cent at Rs 136.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 116.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.57 per cent to Rs 128.15 crore from Rs 105.41 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 28.16 per cent to Rs 8.29 crore as against Rs 11.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.50 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 56.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.62 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.59 crore).
