The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.58 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 91.19 per cent at Rs 14.11 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 97.50 per cent to Rs 11.04 crore from Rs 5.59 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 216.00 per cent at Rs -0.29 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 71.51 per cent to Rs 3.07 crore as against Rs 1.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.39 per cent in September quarter.
Taxation increased by 18.52 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.54 crore).
