The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 356.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.24 per cent at Rs 40.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.05 per cent to Rs 36.28 crore from Rs 32.67 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 100.33 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.10 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 424.79 per cent to Rs 3.80 crore as against Rs -1.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 356.22 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 5.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.61 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.16 crore).
