The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 258.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 354.20 per cent at Rs 27.57 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 488.00 per cent to Rs 23.52 crore from Rs 4.00 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 76.72 per cent at Rs 2.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.16 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 95.65 per cent to Rs 4.05 crore as against Rs 2.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.98 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 46.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 546.15 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
