The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 185.11 per cent at Rs 37.52 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 227.65 per cent to Rs 33.65 crore from Rs 10.27 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 33.91 per cent to Rs 3.87 crore as against Rs 2.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.03 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 244.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.58 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.77 crore).
