The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.05 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.15 per cent at Rs 26.07 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.57 per cent to Rs 19.92 crore from Rs 19.05 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.58 per cent at Rs 5.16 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.13 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 54.14 per cent to Rs 6.15 crore as against Rs 3.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.28 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 1.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 49.06 per cent at Rs 1.58 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.06 crore).
