CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd (CAIIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Ltd (AMTZ) to collaborate on the supply and export of medical equipment and devices in both domestic and international markets.
AMTZ, India’s first integrated medical device manufacturing zone, houses more than 165 advanced manufacturing facilities offering end-to-end solutions for medical device production. Under this partnership, AMTZ has authorised CAIIL to represent it for medical equipment, consumables, and related services across India and abroad.
As part of the agreement, CAIIL will—on a mutually agreed basis—handle activities such as quoting, negotiating, supplying, installation, application training, after-sales service, and payment collection for projects involving government and private entities.
The collaboration is expected to enhance India’s presence in the global medical device market while strengthening CAIIL’s healthcare division.
