The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 168.42 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.83 per cent at Rs 13.97 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 41.93 per cent to Rs 13.10 crore from Rs 9.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 26.47 per cent to Rs 0.86 crore as against Rs 0.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.58 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 17.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 85.71 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
