Blue Coast Hotels Limited has announced that it received an order from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on December 4, 2025. The company had approached the apex court challenging the order dated November 10, 2025 issued by the Recovery Officer.
In its judgment dated December 3, 2025, the Supreme Court clarified that Blue Coast Hotels is entitled to file an appeal under Section 15T of the SEBI Act, with all questions and contentions remaining open. The company stated that there are currently no financial implications arising from this communication, nor have any penalties or restrictions been imposed.
Blue Coast Hotels intends to file an appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the Recovery Officer’s order and will inform stakeholders of any significant developments in due course.
