In furtherance to our prior intimation letters dated December 12, 2025 and December 17, 2025, for meeting of the Board of Directors ('Board') of Suryo Foods & Industries Limited ('the Company') to be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of the Company, subject to receipt of in-principle approval from BSE Limited, will now be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, to inter-alia, consider and decide on various matters in connection with aforesaid Rights Issue such as determination of Issue price, Rights Entitlement ratio, Record date and other terms and conditions with respect to the Rights Issue, subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the Stock Exchange or such other regulatory authorities as may be required.
