Concord Control Systems Limited has secured an order worth Rs 56.58 crore from Indian Railways for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Loco Wireless Control System.
The order has been awarded to the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, and will be executed within 18 months from the date of commencement. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions.
Following this order win, Concord Control Systems said its total order book now stands at over ?450 crore. The company also clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority.
