Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), a leading EPC player in power transmission & distribution (T&D) and civil infrastructure, along with its joint venture, has secured new orders and letters of award aggregating approximately Rs 719 crore.
The key order includes an elevated metro rail project in Thane, Maharashtra, further strengthening KPIL’s presence in the urban infrastructure segment.
Commenting on the development, Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO of Kalpataru Projects International Limited, said the company is pleased with the new win in its Urban Infrastructure business. He noted that the Thane metro project enhances KPIL’s footprint in the fast-growing urban transportation EPC space and reinforces confidence in the segment’s growth prospects in India.
