It is hereby informed that the Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad bench vide its order dated 9-1-2026 in IA no. IA(IBC)/2025/2025 CP(IB) No.164/7/HDB/2023 has modified and replaced its earlier order dt.6-1-2026 as under:\r\n This application has been moved for exclusion from 26-1-2025 till the displosal of this application from the period of CIRP and to extend the period of CIRP of C.D. for a further period of 120 days from the disposal of the present application. In view of the prayer made in the application, by the application, the period from 26-1-2025 to 6-1-2026 is excluded and CIRP period is extended by further 120 days accordingly. This application is disposed of.
