The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.14 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.90 per cent at Rs 133.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.63 per cent to Rs 144.54 crore from Rs 140.84 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 3665.91 per cent at Rs 16.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 286.18 per cent to Rs -10.91 crore as against Rs 5.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 304.51 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 96.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 2000.00 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.02 crore).
