The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.18 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.52 per cent at Rs 144.71 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 149.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.51 per cent to Rs 105.55 crore from Rs 103.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 4.17 per cent at Rs 18.17 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 18.96 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 14.89 per cent to Rs 39.16 crore as against Rs 46.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.80 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 62.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.58 per cent at Rs 4.66 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.93 crore).
