The Said Writ Petition has been filled against the sellers of the land parcel situated at Village Shivrajpur District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh seeking recovery of the amount paid by the company to sellers for purchase consideration and seeking directions including debit freeze of the sellers bank accounts. The Company has been initiated the said legal proceeding to protect its interest of stakeholders and recover the consideration amount paid to sellers.
