The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 112.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.51 per cent at Rs 427.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 376.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.24 per cent to Rs 395.91 crore from Rs 352.73 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 11.70 per cent at Rs 4.30 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.87 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 32.12 per cent to Rs 31.84 crore as against Rs 24.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.25 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 8.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 86.07 per cent at Rs 2.27 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.22 crore).
