To consider and approve the expansion plan by setting up a new manufacturing unit of the Stepdown wholly owned subsidiary, Comsyn International Private Limited (formerly known as Erawat Vegcap Private Limited).\r\n2. To consider and approve the expansion of Manufacturing capacity of various existing manufacturing units of Commercial Syn Bags Limited situated at Pithampur, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.\r\n3.
