The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 106.70 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 168.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.85 per cent at Rs 756.54 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 778.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.96 per cent to Rs 597.84 crore from Rs 548.68 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 41.25 per cent at Rs 16.79 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 28.58 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 31.01 per cent to Rs 158.70 crore as against Rs 230.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.98 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 24.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.50 per cent at Rs 37.37 crore (Dec'24 Rs 58.85 crore).
