The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 52.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.18 per cent at Rs 57.22 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.03 per cent to Rs 52.57 crore from Rs 46.10 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 104.55 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 47.15 per cent to Rs 4.65 crore as against Rs 3.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.83 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 10.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.94 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.64 crore).
