The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 159.35 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.60 per cent at Rs 204.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 157.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.31 per cent to Rs 193.60 crore from Rs 148.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 18.67 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.75 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 18.09 per cent to Rs 10.90 crore as against Rs 9.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.89 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 43.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 150.00 per cent at Rs 1.40 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.56 crore).
