The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.82 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.42 per cent at Rs 100.85 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 147.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.13 per cent to Rs 60.07 crore from Rs 91.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.24 per cent at Rs 0.92 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.18 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 26.98 per cent to Rs 40.78 crore as against Rs 55.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.48 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 45.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.31 per cent at Rs 9.92 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.42 crore).
