The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.04 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.97 per cent at Rs 26.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.64 per cent to Rs 25.12 crore from Rs 16.35 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 27.27 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 11.76 per cent to Rs 1.71 crore as against Rs 1.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.87 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 28.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.48 crore, while Taxation decreased by 71.43 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
