The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.67 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.41 per cent at Rs 109.32 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.11 per cent to Rs 84.16 crore from Rs 73.11 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 139.83 per cent at Rs 2.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.18 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 21.01 per cent to Rs 25.17 crore as against Rs 20.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.93 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 51.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 91.56 per cent at Rs 7.49 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.91 crore).
