The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.59 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.18 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.33 per cent at Rs 97.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 101.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.89 per cent to Rs 69.89 crore from Rs 73.48 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 315.73 per cent at Rs 3.70 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.89 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 2.89 per cent to Rs 27.51 crore as against Rs 28.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.47 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 83.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.44 per cent at Rs 7.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.61 crore).
