The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.53 per cent at Rs 25.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.78 per cent to Rs 23.45 crore from Rs 18.21 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 0.59 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.69 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 31.61 per cent to Rs 2.25 crore as against Rs 3.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.75 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.33 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.90 crore).
