The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.55 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.06 per cent at Rs 53.07 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.86 per cent to Rs 42.27 crore from Rs 39.93 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.89 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.12 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.16 per cent to Rs 11.90 crore as against Rs 12.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.00 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 42.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.89 per cent at Rs 2.63 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.25 crore).
