The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 92.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 114.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.69 per cent at Rs 632.10 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 528.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.78 per cent to Rs 458.40 crore from Rs 382.70 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 9.83 per cent at Rs 26.60 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 29.50 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 19.46 per cent to Rs 173.70 crore as against Rs 145.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.18 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 45.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.53 per cent at Rs 31.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 36.70 crore).
