The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 79.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.48 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.91 per cent at Rs 1,616.16 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,511.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.44 per cent to Rs 1,426.11 crore from Rs 1,365.49 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 3.63 per cent at Rs 18.87 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 19.58 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 29.99 per cent to Rs 190.05 crore as against Rs 146.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.61 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 74.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.63 per cent at Rs 11.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 27.25 crore).
